Stayed with my partner at 3 children, beautiful apartment! Check in was so easy and well instructed, host always responsive and lovely to talk to! Short walk right into the centre, has everything you need. Will definitely be back, amazing little getaway!

We liked the place as it looked just like the pictures. The common areas and bedrooms were full of natural day light and very well ventilated. We had a wonderful stay and were even delivered a bath stool needed for my daughter's shower as she had recently undergone surgery. The canal was very near within a few minutes walk and the view was lovely. We enjoyed our and might think of going again.

Beautiful, modern and immaculately clean apartment centrally located within walking distance to great local restaurants and shops. The views overlooking the canal and Birmingham were stunning. I would highly recommend this AirBnB and will definitely book again 😊

Lovely apartment overlooking the canal in a great location, walking distance to the city centre/restaurants and shops. Place was spotless, cute and cosy. Great private parking which was very convenient. Host was 10/10 amazing communication skills answered all my questions in a prompt manner. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Birmingham.

A compact, comfortable apartment, perfectly located within easy walking distance of Utilita Arena, New Street Station and The Bullring shopping centre. Our host was extremely prompt in answering any query we had, even when my messages came through in the middle of the night from the other side of the world. He was polite and helpful even meeting us when we arrived to assist in carrying our bags up the stairs to the 5th floor as the elevator was out of order. The apartment was clean and tidy and met all of our needs for the duration of our stay. The only thing I was disappointed in was the additional charge that was requested for a check in before 4pm. As international visitors with luggage who could not change our arrival time I felt this extra charge was unfair.

Very quiet considering it was in the city centre and we couldnt hear anything from the streets at night. When we needed assistance, the host was quick and helpful in his responses. Just be aware that the main lift to the top floor is currently down, but this is of no fault of the host. The host was very helpful in directing us to a back up lift in a different part of the building, although this did include walking up one flight of stairs. Overall had a brilliant time during our stay. Would definitely stay again if I need a space in Birmingham! Exactly what we were looking for!
